Privacy policy
This page describes how personal data of visitors to thebansheechico.com is handled, including your rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA).
Who is responsible
The controller is the editorial desk that runs this site, reachable at privacy@thebansheechico.com.
What we collect
- Navigation data. Server logs record IP address, date and time of the request, the page requested and the browser type. These are necessary for the operation and security of the site.
- Data you send us. If you write to one of our addresses, we process the content of the message to reply.
We do not require registration, we publish no signup forms, and we collect no payment data. We process no gambling data: gambling accounts are opened with the operators, not with us.
Cookies and measurement
The site uses no first-party advertising-profiling cookies. If we enable a traffic-measurement tool we state it here with its purpose. When you follow a link to an operator, that site applies its own cookie policy, which we do not control: read its notice on the destination site.
Commercial links
Some links to operators are tracked to attribute the visits they originate, for example from the ranking of California online casinos. The parameter passed identifies the originating page, not you.
Your CCPA rights
California residents may request to know what personal information we hold, request its deletion, and opt out of any sale or sharing of personal information. We do not sell personal information. To exercise a right, write to privacy@thebansheechico.com. We will not discriminate against you for exercising a right.
Minors
This content is intended only for adults 21 and over. We do not knowingly collect data from minors. See also the responsible gambling page.
