Who to write to

• Corrections and out-of-date figures: editorial@thebansheechico.com. Name the page and the figure that reads wrong. If you have a screenshot of the operator's terms, attach it: it shortens everything.
• Privacy and data requests: privacy@thebansheechico.com. The process is described in the privacy policy.

What we cannot do

This has to be said plainly, because it is the request that arrives most often. We cannot step into a dispute between you and an operator. We are not an authority, we have no power over the sites we write about, and we have no privileged channel to them. Response times

The desk is small. We usually reply within a few business days, and we prioritize reports of wrong figures, because they affect every reader and not just the person writing.
